Formation Party candidates only repeal code written on top of the Constitution so that power is returned from administrative systems back into the hands of citizens; their communities; and their fundamental courts.

Via legal processional reductivism, the disciplined use of lawful office and procedure is used to reduce jurisdictional accumulation and to refuse new coercive formations; and this is what returns authority from administrative systems back to the People.
